Summer Comes to an End...

Wow! It's hard to believe school starts in just a few short weeks! This summer has gone by so quickly! It's been very busy but full of lots of fun! Here's a glimpse at some of the highlights from my summer...

I had the honor of being a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding.

Ms. Lalande and I watched as Ms. Lommers became Mrs.Straub!

I went to Seattle with my sister and brother-in-law to watch a Mariners game.

Our annual family beach trip to Rockaway Beach ended with a trip to the Tillamook Cheese Factory.

I spent a weekend in Los Angeles at a leadership conference for my sorority.

I celebrated my birthday with Ms. Lalande and her twin daughters.

Mrs. Straub and I hiked at Silver Falls and saw beautiful waterfalls!

A day was spent at Detroit Lake with Ms. Lalande, family and friends.

The next couple of weeks will be spent enjoying the weather, getting my classroom ready for the year, and taking a trip to San Francisco with my family. I'm sad to see the summer come to an end but I am so looking forward to the start of a new school year! I can't wait for your child to share their favorite summer memories with me!
